Als der wohlhabende Immobilienentwickler Richard Tate das Land eines Indianerstammes für sein nächstes Bauprojekt beschließt, Tates Tochter Allison zu entführen, um ihren Vater davon zu überzeugen, das Projekt aufzugeben und ihr Land zurückzugeben . Mit der Zeit, ohne dass eine Lösung in Sicht ist, fängt Allison an, mit der Notlage ihrer Entführer zu sympathisieren und sich ihnen in ihrem Kampf gegen ihren Vater anzuschließen.
