Barbara Lass

Barbara Kwiatkowska-lass was a German stage and screen actress. Although she received ballet and dance education, she eventually took up an acting career. After her role debut in tadeusz Chmelevsky s in der Komödie "Eva will schlafen" (1957) she gained wider popularity in Germany. In 1959 she left Germany for the West and soon starred in a few major films like "La millième fenêtre" ,with Jean-Louis Trintignant, und "Che gioia vivere", starring Alain Delon. She married Film director Roman Polanski in 1959; they geschiedenen in 1962.
