Die hübsche Alyssa arbeitet mit ihrem Vater, einem bekannten Meeresbiologen, auf einer Delphinforschungsstation in der Karibik und hat ein Auge geworfen auf Paul, der ihr den Hof macht und wohl gerne auch arbeiten würde auf ihrer traumhaften Anlage draußen am Riff. Dann aber wird einer der Delfine entführt, von einer Tierrechtsorganisation, wie lanciert wird, in Wahrheit aber vom Militär, von dem er einst zur Waffe trainiert wurde. Als Alyssa und ihr Dad dahinter kommen, ist es an Militärspion Paul, zwischen Pflichterfüllung und Liebe zu wählen.
