Die junge Mega City TV-Reporterin Sayaka Asagiri bittet Ryo um Schutz. Sie beobachtete einen Mord und hat nun Angst, der Killer könnte nun auch sie zum Schweigen bringen wollen. Kurz darauf taucht der Killer auch schon auf und versucht einen Anschlag; aber galt dieser wirklich ihr? Da der Killer nun weiss wo sie sich aufhalten, tauchen Sayaka, Ryo und Kaori in der Stadt unter. Die Tatsache, dass die beiden dabei mit Ryos (Liebes-) Handschellen aneinandergekettet sind macht es nicht leichter. Als dann aber der Sender Mega City sogar per Video den Beweis sendet, Ryo hätte Sayaka mit gezogenem Messer entführt und dabei zwei Obdachlose erschossen sind sie nicht nur vor dem Killer, sondern auch vor der gesamten Polizei auf der Flucht.
