Mit seiner Frau Anne (Florence Guérin) in der Hauptrolle, will der italienische Starregisseur Marc Rivetta (Urbano Barberini) einen Film über die Hexe Levana drehen. Er findet mit Lennart Levin (Brett Halsey) sogar einen Produzenten. Kurz darauf bekommt Anne grausame Visionen und Alpträume. Mit der Idee zu diesem Horrorfilm hat man Levana wirklich geweckt. Die versucht Anne nun in den Wahnsinn zu treiben und dezimiert nebenbei die Filmcrew. Marc glaubt seiner Frau nicht, doch Levana ergreift immer mehr von ihr Besitz.
