Eine Dokumentation über die Einflüsse des Commodore Amiga auf die Entwicklung der Videospiele, Musik und der Digitalisierung im Allgemeinen. Die damals noch junge PC Spieleindustrie wurde stark vom 1985 erschienenen Heimcomputer beeinflusst. Interviews mit den Schöpfern von The Secret of Monkey Island, Defender of the Crown, Alien Breed, Wings, Flashback und vielen mehr zeichnen ein Bild der wegweisenden Computerspiele die am Amiga entstanden sind. "Die Amiga-Story" ist der zweite Teil des Kickstarter Projekts "From Bedrooms to Billions" in dem die Filmemacher Anthony und Nicola Caulfield den Werdegang des Commodore Amiga anlässlich seines 30. Geburtstags Revue passieren lassen.
