Ali wird von seiner Umwelt verspottet, denn er liebt Nada - eine Ziege. Er ist fest davon überzeugt, dass diese die Reinkarnation seiner verstorbenen Freundin ist. Der Musiker Ibrahim wiederum wird von schmerzhaft schrillen Geräuschen gepeinigt, die sonst niemand hören kann - ein Familienfluch, der seine Mutter in den Tod getrieben hat. Bei einem Geistheiler lernen sich Ali und Ibrahim kennen. Die jeweils verordnete Pilgerreise treten sie gemeinsam an - natürlich mit Nada. Ein turbulenter Trip quer durch Ägypten, skurril und lustig erzählt, eine Parabel auf ein Land zwischen Tradition und Moderne.
