Nach dem schwinden der Proteste in Sanrizuka, Ogawa Pro gestartet Befragung die Zukunft der kollektiven und auf der Suche nach anderen Themen zu film. Nach der Methode entwickelt, in der die bisherigen Filme, die Filmemacher zogen in die Slums der Kotobuchi in der Hafenstadt Yokohama, wo mehr als 6000 Menschen wurden kämpfen, um ohne Hilfe überleben, ausgesetzt Arbeitsunfällen und Krankheiten. Das Ergebnis ist einer der bewegendsten Filme, die von den kollektiven, eine Reihe von wunderschön gefilmten Porträts, voicing-das schweigen Geschichten und Liedern, von einer Gruppe von Menschen, die in dieser Gemeinschaft.
