Emilio Santoyo

Born in Cuautitlán, Mexiko in 1990, Emilio Santoyo has a degree in Film and Television from CENTER Film School. He has worked as a producer and assistant director in awarded films by Guillermo Arriaga, Bahman Ghobadi and Marcelino Inseln. He has been a beneficiary of IMCINE's Program for Cinematographic Creators and winner of the XV National Film Script Contest (GIFF). Founder of the production company ANOMIE, he is the director and screenwriter of The Perfect Absent (2019) and Ana ' s Desire (2019), his first feature film.
