Frances Langford
Frances Langford Ruhm gewann am radio (in Erster Linie als Bob Hope der Sänger, später sparring komisch mit Don Ameche als "The Bickersons"), über Aufnahmen und in den Filmen. Trotz der Tatsache, dass Sie spielte meist in kleineren musicals (plus erscheinen gelegentlich in der "A" - Produktionen, darunter Yankee Doodle Dandy (1942), Dies Ist die Armee (1943) und Der " Glenn Miller Story (1954)), stellte Sie große songs wie "I' m in the Mood for Love" in Jeder Nacht, an Acht (1935), "you are My Lucky Star" und "Broadway-Rhythmus" Broadway Melody of 1936 (1935), Cole porters "Easy to Love" in Born to Dance (1936) und "Hooray for Hollywood" in Hollywood (1937).
