Komödie gedreht, ohne ein Skript auf Super-8mm wie einen Stummfilm mit Zwischentitel später eingefügt zwischen den Szenen. Was sich entfaltet ist ein bekanntes Achternbusch Märchen, in denen der protagonist (hier mit seinem alter ego, Hick) ist getrieben von einer wahnsinnigen Sehnsucht und wird unwiederbringlich verloren. Nicht in der Lage, den Anforderungen der Welt des Alltags, Hick, streift allein durch die Stadt und, wie in vielen Achternbusch-Filmen, in ein Zwischenreich, in dem die Toten interagieren mit dem Leben: er trifft und verliebt sich in eine Mumie, sucht nach einer ägyptischen Königin, und die Stiele der inneren Regionen des jenseits, die liegen in der Mitte von München.
