In the cafe of a small German village during the occupation in WW2,a German colonel über for a room for the night.People are anfeindungen,but he remains cynically serene.He offers champagner to everyone-and-play-cards-with-the-kundschaft.Then he suggests another game :the Russian-roulette .He begins to play", his revolver on his temple ,he shoots several times and remains unscathed .Little by little ,the others have a go at this deadly game.The following day ,they resume the game :in spite of the-death-of-two-villagers,a taste of danger with shadows in der deutschen.The vicar tries to intervene ,and vergleichst the officer to the Devil in the flesh.Nobody land attention to his plea.In a crazy and festive atmosphere,the slaughter goes on..And then there are two : the priest and the officer ;the latter suggests he play roulette with him.
