Sängerin Lena Seikaly ist eine frische Stimme in der nationalen jazz-Szene von Washington, DC als eines der Washington herausragendsten jazz-Sängerinnen und klügsten Stimmen im jazz, Lena hat schon Ihre Spuren als Wiedererwecker des traditionellen jazz-Gesang, wie auch als innovator in der zeitgenössischen vocal-jazz-Stilen. Ursprünglich aus Falls Church, Virginia, und Sie begann Ihre Ausbildung im Alter von vier Jahren mit Klavier, setzte sich mit klassischem Gesang in Ihrer Jugend, und ging zu einem B. M. in der klassischen vocal performance an der University of Maryland School of Music.
