National Theatre Live: Timon of Athens (2012) Kostenlos Anschauen
Basierend auf Shakespeares Drama Timon von Athen erzählt die Geschichte des demonstrativen Konsums, der Verschuldung und ruin. Timon von Athen ist ein reicher Freund der reichen und mächtigen. Leider, seine Mitarbeiter nicht verleihen ihm eine helfende hand, wenn er versehentlich gibt mehr als er hat auf die Ressourcen. Nach einer abschließenden Bankett, Timon ist gezwungen, sich zurückzuziehen, sich zu einem ödland, Leben von nichts als Wurzeln und fluchen pleite Athens.
