Eine leicht aktualisierte version des Othello gesetzt, die im 19ten Jahrhundert in Zypern, wo alle Charaktere tragen Uniformen und Kleider aus dem amerikanischen Bürgerkrieg-ära. Othello, ein Heroisch-aging-marokkanischen Söldner, heiratet die schöne und liebende Desdemona, die Tochter von einem general. Ihre Liebe hat keine übereinstimmung, aber Ihr Schicksal geschrieben ist durch nicht anderes als Othello persönlicher vertrauter Jago, ein Meister-manipulator, der glaubt, dass ein geschulter treuer Soldat wie er ist, mehr verdient, ein gutes Leben als ein ausländischer Söldner.
