Paul McGann (geboren 14. November 1959) ist ein englischer Schauspieler, der seinen Namen auf Die Monocled Meuterer, in dem er spielte die Hauptrolle. Er ist auch bekannt für seine Rolle in Withnail und ich, und für die Darstellung der Achte Doctor in der 1996 Doctor Who TV-Film.
