Cure Flora findet ein handgemachtes Diadem, welches sie auch gleich anprobieren möchte. Dafür betritt sie einen Raum, der einen riesigen Spiegel enthält, aber dieser Spiegel ist kein gewöhnlicher, denn er beherbergt fünf Geister, die Cure Flora kurz darauf ziemlich an der Nase herum führen. Haruka und ihre Freunde besuchen gerade das Pumpkin Café, als sie eine mysteriöse Einladung zu einem Prinzessinnen-Wettbewerb erhalten und sie kurz darauf angegriffen werden. Nach dem Kampf werden die Mädchen in das Kürbis-Königreich teleportiert und sollen dort an dem Wettbewerb teilnehmen, um so die neue Prinzessin des Reichs werden. Als Haruka ihr Zimmer im Mädchenwohnheim des Internats betritt, hört sie plötzlich eine Stimme die nach ihr ruft. Es ist ihre Puppe, die auf ihrem Schreibtisch sitzt und kurzerhand findet sich Haruka in dem Königreich der Puppe wieder, die sich auch noch in ein Mädchen verwandelt hat.
