Samos - The Faces of our Border (2021) Kostenlos Anschauen
An der Grenze des Schengen-Raums werden Tausende von Personen durch internationale Gesetze und Konventionen in unmenschliche Lager genötigt. Eines dieser Lager ist der "Hotspot" auf der griechischen Insel Samos, ein Flüchtlingslager von 6000 Seelen mit einer Infrastruktur für 600. In "Samos, the Faces of our Border" kommen Migranten, freiwillige Helfer, Anwohner, europäische Grenzwächter und griechische Regierungsbeamte zu Wort. Ihre Geschichten geben einen menschlichen Einblick in das Theater der europäischen Politik, das diese griechische Tragödie nach sich zieht. Ihre Stimmen werden zum Chor des Films, eine disharmonische Hymne und ein wenig schmeichelhaftes Porträt der europäischen Willkommenheissung der Welt.
