Idealistisch und naiv Dr. Jason kommt an eine Schule für delinquent Mädchen und beginnt sofort, zu versuchen, einen Unterschied machen in das Leben von einigen der Häftlinge. Ohne sich um die sadistische Behandlung der Mädchen durch die matrons, es dauert ein rebellisches Mädchen namens Loretta, die Augen zu öffnen. Unterstützt von einer weiblichen Mitarbeiterin, Jason bekommt endlich den Nachweis des Missbrauchs und droht den Leiter der Schule mit der Exposition, es sei denn, er ist freien Lauf gegeben, um die Dinge laufen.
