Sophia: Biography of a Violin Concerto (2008) Kostenlos Anschauen
Russisch-stämmige Komponistin Sofia Gubaidulina eingegeben internationalen Fokus in einem relativ späten Alter, wenn die 49-jährige trat mit Ihrem premier Violinkonzert "Offertorium" in 1980. Gubaidulina verfasst, die Stück für Gideon Kremer. Merkwürdig, es wären weitere 12 Jahre, bevor Gubaidulina erhielt eine Kommission (von Paul Sacher) zu Autorin Ihr zweites Violinkonzert, und weitere 15 Jahre danach, bis die Noten fielen auf die Ohren voller Erwartung. Für das Debüt der "Zweiten Violin Concerto" Gubaidulina Bestand darauf, dass niemand anderes als die Deutsche violin-Virtuosin Anne-Sophie Mutter auszuführen. Dass die Mutter die Leistung von August 2007 erscheint, in seiner Gesamtheit, in diesem klassischen Konzertfilm. Jan Schmidt-Garre leitet.
