Ein südamerikanisches Land. Eine südamerikanische Familie. Juan, der Sohn, ist verbittert, dass durch das Verschulden seines Vaters ihre einst reiche und mächtige Ranch verloren ging. Er versucht, den Verlust der Macht durch Grausamkeiten wettzumachen. Dabei ist seine Mutter, die die unkontrollierten Gefühle und Wünsche des Sohnes fühlt, mitschuldig. Lola, ein unberührtes Mädchen, wird zur Zielscheibe und zum Gegenstand von Juans Ausbrüchen. Er quält sie physisch und psychisch, bis sie sich seinen Wünschen hingibt. Jedoch, Rache ist süß. Lola findet zurück zu innerer Freiheit und gleichzeitig zu der Kraft, die Juan so verzweifelt suchte: Juan, unfähig der neuen Situation zu begegnen, wird zum Opfer der eigenen Grausamkeit .
