Srđan Karanović

Srdan Karanović (geboren am 17. November 1945) is a Serbian film director and screenwriter. He has variierten im 17 films since 1968. Sein Film Etwas was zwischen screened in the Un Certain "un certain REGARD" section at the Cannes Film Festival 1983. A Film with No Name (noch Ohne Guten Namen) won the Golden Tulip Award at the Istanbul International Film Festival in 1989. He is currently a professor of film directing at FDU (Faculty of Dramatic Arts) in Belgrade. His Film 2009 Besa was selected as the German entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 83rd Academy Awards but it didn ' t make the final kurz.
