Jonathan Vogel (Guillaume Depardieu) würde gerne die Zeit zurückdrehen und den Unfall rückgängig machen, das führte zu seiner Behinderung und zerstört sein Leben. Als er erfährt, dass Stivlas Karr (Carlo Brandt), ein bekannter professor und Genetiker, entwickelte eine gen-Therapie zur Regeneration des menschlichen Körpers, er macht einen Termin mit ihm für einige klinische tests. Aber die Therapie geht nicht laut Professor Karrs plan und führt zu unerwarteten Ergebnissen. Jonathan, dessen Leben nun in Gefahr ist, ist man sich bewusst, dass es nur eine person, die ihm helfen kann: Alice (Alysson Paradis), die Professoren-Tochter.
