Vor langer Zeit, eine junge russische general wählte Opfer Hunderte von Vögel zu verbrennen, Moskau und speichern seiner Heimat, von den Truppen Napoleons. Für dieses Kunststück, er wurde gefeiert als ein held von den Menschen in Russland aber gilt ein Henker durch die geflügelten Kreaturen. Nun fünfzig Jahre älter, die Alterung Allgemeinen führt eine Eintönige Leben. Noch schlimmer zu machen, die Nachkommen der geopferten Vögel halten, die ihn angreifen. Eines Tages jedoch trifft ein ansprechender kleiner Hund, der bald wird sein treuer Begleiter. Die beiden Freunde entscheiden sich, den Fluch zu brechen plagen die Allgemeine Lebens : Sie starten militante für alle die caged Vögel, die in Russland frei eingestellt werden.
