Martin ist ein psychisches Wrack. Er wurde von seinem Vater missbraucht und misshandelt. Er lebt immer noch bei seiner Mutter, die ihn hasst, da er ihren Mann hinter Gittern gebracht hat. In einem Londoner Parkhaus arbeitet Martin und während dieser Arbeit schaut er immer wieder seinen Lieblingsfilm: Human Centipede. Er kann nicht genug davon bekommen, vergöttert den Film und seinen Bösewicht Dr. Heiter. Doch er ist kein einfacher Fan, nein er ist verrückt nach dem Film und nach der Idee aus Menschen einen Tausendfüßler zu machen.
