Der film konzentriert sich auf das, was Die Otolith Group beschreiben, als "eine Erfahrung von Beobachtung in der Tonart hört", riefen die politischen Gefühle des Trotzes und der kollektiven Praxis von Bewegung aufzubauen, die an die globalen Kämpfe gegen neoreactionary Autoritarismus. Der Dritte Teil, der Dritte Maßnahme fordert die Zuschauer zur Teilnahme an exemplary ekstatische ästhetik des schwarzen Radikalismus, dass Eastman sich selbst einmal beschrieben als "voll der Ehre, der Integrität und dem grenzenlosen Mut'.
