Abholung sofort nach, wo 'Toxic Avenger Part 2' aufgehört, nachdem ich Apocolypse Inc. aus der Stadt, Toxie hat das nichts zu tun. Er versucht, einen job zu bekommen, aber nicht wie in einem normalen job ist kein Platz für ein Wesen von übermenschlicher Größe und Stärke. Bis auf den Tag, Toxie wird gesagt, dass seine blinde Freundin Claire, eine chance hat, wieder zu sehen, aber es kostet eine Menge Geld. Dann Toxie bekommt die Möglichkeit, arbeiten als Sprecher für seinen Feind Apocolypse Inc. Er sagt "ja", so kann er Geld bekommen, für Claire. Nicht wissend, was er Tat, war, Apocolypse Inc. übernimmt Tromaville und macht alle zu Sklaven für Sie arbeiten. Nach Claires Operation, Sie öffnet Toxie ' s Augen, und er hat auch Den Kampf mit dem Teufel selbst, so wird es eine bessere Zukunft und ein Zimmer für die Toxic Avenger Teil 4.
