Yann Ducoudray hat sich unsterblich in die bildhübsche, aber verheiratete Florence Arnaud verliebt. Sehnsüchtig wartet er in seinem Appartement auf seine Angebetete, in der Hoffnung sie heute verführen zu können. Plötzlich klingelt es an der Haustür, und seine Nachbarin Eva steht in aufreizender Spitzenunterwäsche vor ihm. Sie hat sich ausgesperrt und bittet ihn um Hilfe. Um sie schnellstmöglich wieder los zu werden, klettert Yann über den Balkon in die Nachbarwohnung und trifft dort ganz unerwartet auf Evas eifersüchtigen Freund Boris. Währenddessen ist Florence in Yanns Wohnung eingetroffen und findet die halbnackte Eva vor. Als dann noch Florences Mann, die Polizei, die Putzfrau und Yanns Freund auftauchen, bricht ein Chaos aus...
