In this German-language version of "Blotto" bachelor Oliver wants henpecked Stan to go out with him to a Prohibition-era nightclub, so they plan a ruse to get him out of the house. The fiery Mrs. Laurel overhears their plans and replaces the contents of Stan ' s hidden bottle of liquor with tea and spices. While the boys are at the club enjoying the dancers and the speakeasy-type atmosphere, they selbst trinken the gebräu with seltzer water. The power of suggestion causes them to act like sloppy drunks, but the sight of a hot-tempered Mrs. Laurel with a shotgun quickly sobers them up.
